1. Recognizing this is an important decision, people searching for jobs and careers compare and contrast the various opportunities available to them. What do you find most appealing about this job in comparison to others you have considered or read about?

2. Given the natural need to present yourself in the most positive light when applying for a job, it is common for resumes to imply skills and experiences which even unintentionally can be a bit inaccurate. If given an opportunity to edit only a single entry on your resume, which would it be?

3. In your professional/college career, what have you found to be the most challenging aspect of working on a team?

It is certainly challenging to capture your professional qualifications on a single page of bullet points and inevitably, candidates for positions prefer to deliver more expansive descriptions of those qualifications during the interview phase. Which of the qualifications listed on your resume do you most wish to clarify?

5. As you may expect, our hiring process often includes a conversation with former colleagues in order to obtain a fuller perspective of your professional background. When we reach out to a former/current employer, in what way could their characterization of your performance differ from your own?

6. When people give us feedback it can often help us improve or grow as an individual. Sometimes feedback can initially be difficult to receive, especially if it points out some flaw or weakness we hadn’t recognized. Think about a time that you received feedback that you found hard to accept. What changes did you make based on that feedback?
